Shipping & Returns

Production Time: Each product is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days on average for production.
Delivery Time: Once produced, orders are delivered within 6–9 business days in Switzerland. International delivery times are similar but may vary slightly depending on the destination.
Free Delivery: We offer free shipping on all orders, no minimum purchase required.
Order Tracking: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available) once your order is on its way.

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, we do accept returns.

Return Window: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.
Return Shipping: Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To change size or product, please place a new order.
